Deeana's professional skills as a realtor is excellent. I am a senior citizen that needed to sell my townhouse for health reasons. Deeana came in and explained the whole process with the most positive attitude and with simplicity. I was put at ease after our first visit and gratefully put my trust in Deeana to sell my townhouse for which she did within a month time at the asking price. Deeana is excellent at her profession, diligent and caring. I really needed a realtor that was senior friendly, patient, and caring, I received all of that plus from Deeana.

Hiring Deeana was one of the biggest regrets my family did this past year. We gave her a chance because initially we believed in her skills to sell the home quickly, and wanted to support a black owned business. THAT DECISION TURNED OUT TO BE A DISASTER. Under Deeana, deals fell through because of her lack of professionalism, she disrespected and cussed out members of my family, and buyer agents, all while we our mother was terminally ill. She made this process the worst experience we could ever imagine. She locked us in a terrible contract which we couldn’t get out of, and held us hostage to sell our own house. It took her nearly 10 months to sell the home, and the reason why it sold is because we had to hire additional help to manage her process. If you are a potential client, I highly advise that you look the other direction and find a more professional realtor that cares about their clients.

She suggested properties that met our needs and budget, got additional info on properties that we took an interest in, and helped us think through the many considerations and tradeoffs. Her knowledge of Oakland's neighborhoods was particularly valuable as we had to expand our search radius to areas we weren't familiar with. When it came time to making an offer, she was extremely efficient getting the paperwork together and communicating with the seller's agent.
